M1 — Vertical core
This is the primary repeatable outbound motion. It starts with one high-impact workflow in a qualified plastics or polymer vertical and expands only after bounded proof. Shared material or end markets do not make proof automatically transferable; each process must have its own operating model, acceptance test, and market-persona bindings.
M2 — Enterprise applications
This motion starts with one department, workflow, owner, dataset, and acceptance criterion. It remains account-led while existing deployments are converted into reusable, cross-account proof. A generic platform or transformation story is outside the boundary.
M3 — Job-driven discrete manufacturing
This motion covers manufacturers replacing or outgrowing a job-centric operating system.
