We build the system a plastics plant runs, from the press to the books. The press has already sat with that work.
The plants
These are the two figures we lead with. The five beside them are drafts for this deck, until the count replaces them.
The marks are the plants in our published stories. We do not have their logos on this deck yet.
The difference
Each department has a screen. A person carries the day from one to the next.
A project. Consultants. The plant waits while the system is assembled.
A file is loaded once. The project is then called finished.
The system stays as it was installed. A change waits for another project.
Builder holds the rule for the plant. The floor and the books read the same day.
Your team configures the workspace. Setup is one day.
You confirm the load. History comes with an audit trail, and the record stays current.
Agents work as employees. Each has a job on the live plant. You keep the decision.
After go-live
Go-live is the first day the plant and the system share the work. It is the start of the change, and we stay for the changes after it.
A new resin, a new line, a new customer rule. The work does not freeze because a project closed.
Your team writes the new rule. It stays editable, and it stays in your hands.
They work from the live plant, the way an employee would. You assign the work. You still decide.
The calendar
You have the workspace on the first day. Migration then takes as long as the file needs, from one day to one month. You confirm before a record goes live.
The workspace is yours. Your team can see the plant in it.
Items, customers, vendors, and open orders come across at the pace of the records.
